Online Banking
How do I enroll for Online Banking?
When you are on our homepage, you will see a tab to the far right that says Login. Upon clicking on the Login button, you will see an option for First Time User. Click on First Time User and fill in the needed information, hit submit, and you will receive an email with your log in credentials.
How do I reset my Username or Password?
- Upon your first time logging in to Online Banking, you will have the option to change your username and/or password.
- If you have already logged in and are wanting to update your log in credentials, you will hit the Options tab, then the Personal tab. Scroll down to Modify Login Information and update your username or password as needed.
When will my mobile deposit be available?
Unless rejected because additional approval was required, items deposited before 7:00 CST will be considered deposited on that business day and subject to the Funds Availability disclosure provided at account opening. Items deposited after 7:00 CST will be considered deposited on the following business day.

What is Mobile Deposit?
Remote Deposit is a tool that allows you to deposit checks through The First's mobile banking app.
How do I enroll for Mobile Deposit?
You can request mobile deposit directly from the mobile app. You will need to download the mobile app and send a request by selecting Deposit a Check under the main menu and then following the prompts to enroll each account that you want to have access for mobile deposit.
eStatements
What are eStatements?
eStatements are electronic bank statements that you can view online. This makes it easy for you to view, download and print your monthly statements.
How do I request eStatements?
Tap into one of your accounts and select "Documents."
Within "Documents," select "Documents and Settings" to enroll.
How do I access my eStatements?
To find your statements, tap into one of your accounts and select "Documents." Looking to enroll? Within "Documents," select "Documents and Settings" to enroll.
How many years of eStatements may I view in online banking?
You can access up to 18 months of past bank statements.

Mobile Banking App
How do I enroll in Mobile Banking?
Once you have enrolled and accessed your online banking account, you will then click on the Options tab. You will then click on the Mobile Settings tab and fill out the required information. Once you have hit submit, you will receive a text notification confirming your enrollment with Mobile Banking.
What login information do I use?
You will use your current Internet Banking ID and Password that you use to login on your desktop, laptop, iPad, etc.
